“THE SILVER ROOM”  

That night I had an excruciating headache:  I am not used to headaches, they simply don’t happen to me.  So I thought, “I need some help!”  help…help…  then suddenly I found myself in a silver room, where this beautiful woman also dressed in silver was taking away my headache.  I still go back to that silver room when I am hurt or sick.  I don’t know where the room exists, but I know it does exist… somewhere… and there are people there who will help me.  ”

“DISCOVERING SECRETS”

Then there was the day when I left a friend:  But all “her secrets” seemed to follow me as I drove through traffic.  I kept saying to myself, “I didn’t know that!”  “I didn’t know that!” And there traveling over 60 miles an hour, traveling along a sizzling hot pavement, 35 miles away, I learned all the things she had NEVER told me.  Suddenly I knew so much more about the friend I had known for over 20 years.  “Who she really was” flowed like a gentle energy pulsing through my body “telling all”. 

“TINY CREATURE DEFENSE”

And that day I was walking at the high school:  I stopped to observe an ant bed.  Suddenly I was under attack from thousands of tiny creatures I thought had no form of defense.  Then I noticed their cloud of repulsion and I found myself stepping backward to avoid it.  That was the first day I knew about “ant defense”. 

“BEYOND HUMAN CONTACT”

Standing at the kitchen sink:  Suddenly, for no reason, I said, “Nana, aren’t you going to say goodbye?”  We talked a little while as I washed dishes. Later that day I found out that she had passed away at that exact time.  I didn’t even know she was in the hospital, but I got the chance to have a conversation with her as she was leaving. 

“BUG PATROL”

Or how about when YOU are lying upstairs in bed and find yourself cringing at the big roach crawling across your kitchen floor downstairs.  You could feel him crawling.  A hideous roach you had no way of knowing about.  Flickering across your floor, antennas waving around, a huge bold, chocolate brown creature with a creepy exoskeleton. Ooooo…… okay so maybe you would rather not think about that one. 

“UNDERWATER EXPLORATION”

Water, water everywhere:  Sitting in a car one minute, the next minute finding myself (or what I call myself) underneath a lake, searching to find treasures hidden under the water… a psychic technique I would later use at the beach to search along the bottom of the Gulf Of Mexico.  A spontaneous happening at first, a gift that was given, to be used later whenever I wanted.  

“INTERNAL BODY SURFING”

The day I was innocently riding in a car from Austin to Houston:  It was dark and I remember looking at the stars as we rode.  Then suddenly without warning I was inside my own body, being propelled along in my bloodstream, then a rapid thrust and I was shot through my body, ending up in my toe.  I think I hit the heart and was rapidly propelled through the circulatory system.  Entirely unexpected!  Shocking!  But a new technique in my arsenal of psychic tools. 

“THE MAN FROM NOWHERE”

But the most shocking of all:  I lay out in the camper in my garage.  I was laying down because that was all I could do.  I had been psychically attacked by a classmate of mine when I was offguard.  I trusted him.  Big mistake.  Being severally attacked by someone is equivalent to having something that feels like huge flying dinosaurs attacking you.  It was a terrible experience.  I was helpless. 

My instructors told me that there was nothing they could do, I just had to wait until the energy dissipated.  So there I was lying in the garage.  I think I was groaning.  Maybe I was saying a few words that are best not repeated here.  I know among my misery I did ask for help.  Of course, at that time I really didn’t expect any help.  I thought I was talking to the air. 

But someone heard my call for help.  As I lay there with my eyes closed suddenly I felt a warm hand around my ankle.  Well that shook the cobwebs out of my mind and everything else.  Fear… filled every pore in my body.  I was afraid to look, because I knew I was alone in the camper, but someone or something was there with me.   

Finally, I had to look, and that was when I saw HIM.  I thought he was either from ancient Egypt or he was an American Indian.  I was too scared to really look at him.  He was there to help me.  But I was so scared I closed my eyes, so I would not have to deal with the “Man From Nowhere!”  I think I whispered, “Go away.  I can’t handle this.”  But he just held my ankle and helped me to recover. 

When you ask for help… somehow it is always given! 

These are only a few of my experiences.  I am always amazed when psychic experiences seem to come out of nowhere.  I learn from them, savor then, and use the knowledge at later times.  Always learning. Always expanding.  Always sharing the experiences.

Bubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble

You can put a shield over your child in the same way that you put a shield over yourself.  The easiest type of psychic shield, and the fastest to activate, even if you don’t know how to build a shield, is a bubble shield. 

Just command your energy system to place a bubble of energy surrounding your child.  Visualize it and your body’s energy system will build it for you.

Now, after having told you that you can build a shield for protection, there are a few things that you need to know. 

Starry, Starry Night

Take a minute and let’s look at what the shield is actually doing.  Wait until night and then go out and look at the stars. Look at the stars on a clear night and then look at them on an overcast night.  What is the difference?

Stars are harder to see when you look at stars through a hazy night.  Psychic energy produces a slight haze too when you are looking though a bubble shield. 

Senses Disappear

When you have a shield around you, you don’t see quite as clearly.  But something else also happens.  The energy surrounding the body cuts down on the senses of the person or child inside the shield.  With a shield on you simply don’t have as much feeling. 

That is why a person that is overwhelmed with emotions will sometimes build a shield arround themselves to lower the strength of what they are experiencing.  The danger is when they don’t take the shield down and try to hide from not feeling anything. 

For example, the person or child would not react to emotional experiences as well when placed behing a shield.  All of the psychic senses whould be affected.  Mental telepathy would be hindered.  The ability to pick up anything intuitively would be lessened.  Thinking might be a little fuzzy.  Even the feeling of love would not be as intense.    Psychic energy is real, and it can form a barrier. 

So the lesson of the shields is that you can use them to shield against psychic attack but they bring with them some side effects that lessen all the senses. 

Shields Down!

You can use a shield if there is an imminent danger of psychic attack, but it is not advisable to leave shields up for too long.  Once the attack is over, it’s time to take the shields down.

I got my microphone set up and was ready to go when… a man came to my door and announced that they were cutting off my water for at least 2 hours.  Then this big digger pulled up in my front yard and started to excavate.  With a hole that big, I figure he should have at least found some pots or something from a previous civilization. 

The noise was deafening.  The dirt piled up higher then me.  Okay so I am only 5 foot tall if I stand up real straight, so what.

The noise of the digger was so loud, I couldn’t record anything.  When the neighborhood was flooded by torrential water, they finally finished digging. 

Now I could record.  Yeah me!  Then there was this horrible scraping sound as the digger scraped up all the dirt and, and it sounded like half the concrete in the street with it.  I stared at my microphone and waited for silence.  

The digger left.  My ordeal was over.  Come on, microphone let’s record! 

But… at the moment the water finally came back on.  And there was more commotion, the pipes in the ceiling over my head were growling, the kitchen sink was hissing, the bathroom was girgling.  I stared at my microphone … and waited.

I listened.  Finally the house was silent. 

I looked at my microphone with excitement.  “Now, I am ready to record,” I thought.  Then I heard this hissing sound.  The workmen were power washing the street in the entire neighborhood.  This could take hours of loud hissing. 

Two hours later, the microphone was still silent. 

I breathed a sigh of relief when it got to be 5:00 p.m. and all the workers went home. 

I pressed the record button on my recording software and then I heard this loud noise.  My neighbor had hired a tree company to cut down hundred-year- old huge pine trees in the yard next door.  I figured it would take  hours to cut the da…m, oops, I mean darn trees down.

It is almost dark and my microphone is staring at me.  I feel it on the back of my head as I type here.  The microphone seems dark and forboding and angry.  How am I going to explain that I may not be recording until tomorrow. 

… Or is the universe sending me a message.  It sure seems so.  With the diggers, the backhoe, the workers, the power pressure, the scapping , the pipes growling, the kitchen sink hissing, the bathroom  girgling and the hundred year old trees being cut down with the biggest saw I have ever seen, I am beginning to think that maybe I was not meant to do any recordings. 

And yet… well… if the universe cooperates… and my microphone is not still sulking… then maybe tomorrow I will record. 

This will be my first recording ever… ever.  Or if the universe doesn’t shut up, maybe never… never!

The American Indian Experience

I remember one day an American Indian had scheduled some classes at the bookstore.  I really didn’t know at the time that these classes would lead me into a different area along my path of psychic exploration. 

At one time, a weekend of classes was scheduled.  So I had time to really delve into the beliefs of the American Indian culture.  I remember one specific morning when we were doing a meditation and I think we were told to get in touch with the child inside us.  Music playing on the stereo.  Ho, ho, ho.  And something about a bear.  It was fun music and we were all uplifted by the experience. 

A Hole Through My Chest

But what I remember the most about that experience was the hole in my chest that opened up while the music was playing and our Indian instructor was talking and the incense was burning.  I felt like there was a big hole right thought my chest, like you could look at me and see daylight right through my body.  It was the first time I had ever had such an experience.  It was the first time I had ever been so open… AND it felt really good… very strange but good. 

Smoking the Peace Pipe

There were many other classes through the years with our Indian leaders.  In some we would pass the peace pipe then we would all take a smoke of the tobacco.  When finished we would ach pass the peace pipe to the next person in the circle.  I am not a smoker, but I can still feel the slight burn in my throat that I experienced that day. 

A couple of my friends were really into the Indian way, and they went deeper into the subject.  They even did vision quests where they were left alone in an isolated place to have their vision. 

But I didn’t follow my friends so deeply into the Indian tradition.  I was more into my psychic work.  But sometimes my friends and I would go out to the arboretum and smoke a peace pipe .

The Circle In The Moonlight

Then one of my friends had the idea of building a circle at her house in the the Indian tradition.  So once a week we, and by now many other women, would attend the meetings at the circle.  Before we were allowed to enter the circle we had to be “smudged”.  One person would pass smoking sage up and down our bodies to cleanse any psychic dirt off of us before we were allowed to enter the sacred circle.

The Talking Stick  

In the circle, we would pass the “talking stick” and as the stick was passed, each person would talk about whatever the topic was of the evening.  Many times problems were talked about.  When finished, the “talking stick” was passed to the next person who would then begin to talk.  It was very relaxing  sitting cross-legged around our circle in the moonlight.  Relaxing until…

The Broken Energy

One night it was announced that because of the request of some of the members of the group, they would be allowed to bring their husbands with them to the circle. 

Our meeting was not the same that night.  There was no relaxed atmosphere, there was no open talking, nothing was right.  Instead of our peaceful meeting, there was tension.  I couldn’t figure out if it was the strangers amongst us or the male energy. 

BUT I think that might have been the last time we ever met at our circle in the moonlight. 

Memories of Moonlight

Smoking the peace pipe that had once been smoked by a famous Indian… passing the talking stick… joining in the circle… watching several members of our group being given Indian names in a special ceremony… listening to tales of vision quests… those are all good memories from my past.

 ”Secrets in the Attic”

One day my psychic instructor started our class by announcing there were psychic constructions in the attic at the Psychic Institutes. He explained that he had built psychic machines to help him teach classes. One of the machines he had built was a “psychic tape recorder” to record what went on in the classroom. He said that he could rewind the psychic machine and examine what we had done in class.

He had also made a machine to help him “teach difficult concepts to students”.

As a matter of fact, he had built several machines.

My eyes got big. Machines in the attic watching me, helping me! I imagined all kinds of huge machines running night and day, big behemoths like you would find in an automobile factory.

I looked up at the ceiling and wondered if all these machines were going to come crashing down on my head.

My instructor stopped his story there, without actually showing us any of the machines. It was just as well, I didn’t want to go crawling around in an attic full of cobwebs, and spiders and scary toys and someone’s relative living ghostly in the attic because they had refused to leave.

Okay, I admit it. Sometimes my imagination wanders out of control.

Example #1 Of Trapped Energy
The YMCA

Energy can be felt in many ways.   Once upon a time… well… I worked out real heavy at the YMCA.  (I know.  I know you are tempted so go ahead and do it.. sing that song “YMCA”.  Sing it loud enough for me to hear it.)

So here I was working out at the YMCA.  Since the weight room instructor became my best friend, I was getting one very intense nightly workout.  My workout usually started with burning out all the muscles in my body in the toning class and then going into the gym with the tyrant (I mean my friend) and working out with HER for another three hours. 

By the time I got home it would be beddie-bye time.  I was exhausted and not in any mood to do psychic work.  I remember taking a shower and then “trying to go to sleep”.  But sleep didn’t come easy in those days, at least not the minute I layed down. 

“Just what does this have to do with psychic energy?  You are off subject, as usual.”

“No I am not.  You see, as I was saying, when I first layed down my legs would really ache.  The muscles in my legs would feel very hard.  It was impossible to sleep.”

That pressure in my muscles was a  sign of blocked psychic energy.  It would take a few minutes and then I would feel the muscles suddenly release and then warm soothing energy would flow out of my legs.  And then I would feel so relaxed and ready for sleep.  (Of course, I was also dumping a bunch of psychic energy into the bedroom with that release.  The next day I would have to do some Psychic House Cleaning.)

That is one graphic illustration of trapped energy in the body and how the symptoms go away once the psychic energy is released. 

Example #2 Of Trapped Psychic Energy
The Pounding Headache

One night I layed on the couch with a pounding headache.  I never have headaches so this was a new experience for me. 

AND I can tell you that I DID NOT LIKE IT.

When I am sick, it is very hard to do psychic healing, the willpower to cure the illness is simply not there.  But… but I had just about enough of this pounding energy in my head, trying to get out by crashing through my skull. 

My solution to that bad headache was to provide the trapped psychic energy with an alternate path rather than pounding against my skull.

What I did was to pull some psychic energy out of my ears and that opened up a pathway for the psychic energy causing the headache to get out. 

Instantly, like magic, I felt a warm energy flowing out of my ears, and the headache was gone.  No more blocked psychic energy.  No more sickening headache. 

Example #3 Of Trapped Psychic Energy
The Sore Throat

Here I was riding in a car on my way to get a big chicken fried steak, Texas style. 

Now maybe I should tell you that chicken fried steak is one of my favorite meals.  And nothing was going to come between me and my steak.  I was certainly not going to let some blocked psychic energy spoil my meal. 

The only problem seemed to be that I was really, really sick.  I knew that I had a fever, I could feel the heat.  My throat was so sore, I could barely swallow.  AND the car was getting closer to the restaurant and MY STEAK.  I had to do something fast. 

I knew from past experience that psychic energy channels in the body could get twisted.  AND I knew that twisted channels could cause a cold and all the symptoms, immediately.  So my plan was to search my body for twisted energy channels. 

I found a twisted channel in my arm, so I used a gentle energy to untwist the channel. 

As soon as I did that, I felt a warm energy rushing off of my body. 

AND THEN!  Drum roll please.  

No more fever, no more sore throat. 

That chicken fried steak sure was good. 

Reason To Not Release Psychic Energy When Sick

These are only a few rather graphic instances I can tell you about that describe how you can very intensely feel trapped psychic energy in your body. 

However, I do have one big reason for not releasing trapped psychic energy.  Here is something that you probably would not think I would say.  If I had not been on my way to get that steak, I would not have released the blocked energy.  I would have allowed myself to remain sick. 

“What!  Are you crazy?  If you have a method to cure illness, why on earth would you not use it to release the energy that hurt your throat?” 

“Aha!  Do you really want to know?”

Because I have learned, through my years of studying psychic energy, that the warm energy of a fever can increase my psychic abilities and allow me to accomplish things that I could otherwise not do.   Fever is my friend… my ally… my psychic tool.

Okay, I really liked you singing YMCA for me, so lets end this discussion for now with another song, “Fever”.  Come on everyone sing along, “You give me fever.  FEVER!”

I was in a silly mood.  It was Halloween, not a day to work.  So I sat down at the computer and that is how the town of Moaning Meadows was born.  Go ahead and take a look at the ”Moaning Meadows Gazette”.

Morning Meadows Gazette

I populated my imaginary town with the dumbest people you have ever seen in your life.   There were many questions to be asked about these strange people.  

Miss Prudence Erweil was accused of being a witch.  Why? 

A bonfire was set for Saturday night.  What was the bonfire for? 

What strange thing did the bat do? 

Why did the whistle have to stay underground?

Where did the scarecrow run off to? 

Who was the 3-headed dog?    

Why did  Wanda Waterman use a curse? 

And lots of other questions…

A Feeling In the Air

So here it was Halloween night and I had nothing better to do than write an imaginary book.  I guess you could say it was “in the air”… this feeling of Haloween. Ghost and goblins and other scary things were roaming through the streets.  You could almost feel them.   

Mary Shelley and Frankenstein

Now if you go and get the Moaning Gazette you will see there is section on Mary Shelley who wrote Frankenstein.  She might have had a little help.  There was something in the air in those days.  That something  was bodysnatching.  You see, people were being killed to provide bodies for medical students.  So the feeling was there in the air.  And Mary might have picked up on it, and created one of the most memorable monsters ever, Frankenstein.  The monster who came to life. 

The Scientists’ Discovery

How about you?  Would you like to pick an idea up out of the air?  Is there something special in the air every day?  Maybe!  Have you ever heard the stories about how two scientist who do not even know each other and live on other sides of the world, suddenly both come out with the answer to an umsolvable problem ”at the same time”, a problem that had not been solved in 200 years. 

Listen To the Air

Was it in the air, there for anyone listening?  Then the idea arrived like a thought out of nowhere.  You would be surprised.  There are problably ideas floating around all over the place just there for the picking. 

Start to be more in tune with the world around you.  You might just pick up on an idea that could bring you fame OR a million dollars.  Discoveries break out all the time.  Use your psychic abilities and try to pick up on some of these great ideas. 

Your Psychic Field

How could two scientists on different sides of the world pick up on the same thought.  To tell you the truth, I dont really know, BUT if you will remember we have discussed in the Mysteries of the Universe blog  how our bodies are surrounded by a field of energy.  That field of energy can be stretched as far as you want and even outsite the earth, so maybe that is a clue how   thoughts can be picked up.  As I have told you, you can see and feel and hear with your psychic energy field.

For me and for my classmates at the Psychic Institutes, being able to see inside the human body happened almost automatically.  I never took a class on how to look inside my body or anybody else’s body.  One day I could just do it.  When you work with psychic energy in any way you awaken all your psychic senses including super seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting. 

First, my classmates and I just did simple exercises with psychic energy, the same exercises that I teach in my psychic classes.  We were able to see our energy channels inside our body just like the technician would be able to see the inside of your body with an X-ray or a sonogram.  To us the energy channels looked white and the blocked channels were black.  Black says, “The energy channel is not working properly.” 

It is usually fairly easy to fix a channel by using a sound vibration to break up the congestion and get the energy flowing again.  I have done this technique so often that now all I have to do is run my hand quickly across my body and the channels are fixed.  Energy needs to be flowing for the body to remain healthy.  

But one night something unexpected happened.  Let me tell you the story. 

It was black outside as we drove from Austin to Houston.  The trip wasn’t very interesting in open country, mostly trees and cattle and farm land.  But in the dark it was hard to see anything.  Every once in awhile a house popped up in a small town.  The trip was going to be 3 1/2 hours, so I decided to entertain myself.  In those days entertainment meant doing psychic work. 

So as we rode along, I decided to observe the inside of my body, check it out, make sure there weren’t any energy blocks that I didn’t know about.  I started with the top of my head and was working my way down my body,  observing all my internal organs to see what they looked like. 

I was just peacefully moseying (Texan for moving slowly) through my body.  Looking around.  I had not had that experience before, and I was amazed at how clear everything was, just as if I was using one of those medical cameras the doctors like to go exploring with. 

My mind was focusing intensely on everthing I was observing, when all of a sudden I had this feeling of acceleration.  For a moment it scared me.  I didn’t know what had happened.  How did I end up in my foot?  Then I figured out that I was observering the blood stream when all of a sudden I hit the heart and was propelled though the body and down into the my big toe.  It happend in an instant and I was caught by surprise. 

I realized I had used too little a scan and I was inside the artery and veins when I was shot though my body.  I won’t make that mistake again.  I really thought that I was observing from a distance.  Apparently not! 

I know that it sounds unbelievable to think that a person could actually see that clearly inside the human body.  If it had not happened to me that night, I would not have believed it either. 

We, meaning you and I and the whole human race, are just on the boundary of discovering what the human body is capable of doing.  That is why I like to call myself  a “psychic explorer“.  I never know what I am going to find. 

I know that you think you can’t do what I can do, but you do have those abilities.   These psychic abilities are built into the human body.  You all have psychic abilities you just don’t know it yet.  What I want to do is to teach you how to wake up your own psychic system and start to use it to make your life better.  

It isn’t hard to learn.  It just takes some practice.  I just received an email from a student and she told me how much fun she had in taking one of my psychic courses.  Learning to use my psychic abilities is one of the most exciting things I have ever done.
