When I talk about my psychic experiences, I am asked over and over, “Is it is really hard to work with psychic energy?”
I cannot actually say when in my psychic training that I found it “almost effortless” to use psychic energy to do whatever I wanted. If I think back several years, I remember the beginning classes I took at the Institutes. When I was first learning to use psychic energy, I had to struggle a little to get my Brain to tell my Psychic Energy System what to do. So the hardest part of using psychic energy that I EVER experienced was learning “how to think” in a way that my energy system would follow my commands. You might remember the story I told in a previous post, where a friend did a meditation technique to ask for a boyfriend. She got the boyfriend and her life was turned upside down, when this guy moved all his brothers in to “live off of her”. Not only that, but as a result, she gained back a huge amount of weight that she had struggled to lose over a long period of time.
A wise person once said, “Be careful what you ask for, you might get it.
That warning being given, now I am going to tell you two methods to make someone love you, so that you can be aware of what others might do to you, but you should never use these psychic techniques on someone else. (more…)

I have been asked over and over again, “How do I feel psychic energy?” There must be millions of variations on the way that people can feel psychic energy.
You have probably heard that a psychic was able to run her hands over someone’s body and find energy blocks by “feeling” what was there. So why don’t you try it and see what happens. Close your eyes to make your “feeling” your primary sense mechanism. Now run your hand over someone’s body and notice what sensations you can pick up on. Today I would like to talk about 2 different psychic energy systems and how strong the energy is in both systems.
Now I would like you to close your eyes and think about being inside a balloon, not just any balloon but a humongous balloon. You are standing right in the middle. Do I need to be able to meditate in order to do psychic work?
Absolutely not!
Do I need to do deep breathing exercises to get me into a relaxed state in order to do psychic work?
No!
I have been working with psychic energy most of my life and I do not know how to do deep breathing. Nor do I go into any meditative state.

At the beginning of this New Year it is a great time to learn how to psychically clean out your house. You don’t want to start the year sluggish and not at your creative best.
If you think that your house is psychically clean then think again. I can guarantee that your house is full of psychic dirt.
What makes me so sure of that?
Well, for one thing every time you go to the grocery store you bring psychic dirt into your house. Every time you go to the mall, you bring in massive amounts of psychic dirt that has stuck to your clothing. (more…)
New Year’s Day seemed to make things happen. If my list of 10 things could come true, then maybe my New Year’s Resolutions would have a good chance of coming true, too.
A few years later I decided to make a New Year’s Resolution to learn to play the guitar, and so I wrote down “The Year of the 100 Chords”. I knew I would never be able to learn 100 chords in a single year, but it sounded good, so I added it to my resolutions.
Nothing happened! I just couldn’t get enthused about playing the guitar. I had one excuse after another for not starting.
I was so bored by spring that I decided to take a course at the college. Nothing in the course schedule interested me, but there was a music appreciation course. (more…)
Several years ago I was reading a book. The book was probably a Christmas present. In this book there was an exercise, it said to write down the first 10 things that pop into your head. Don’t think! Just write down the first 10 things that come into your mind. And then check throughout the year and see if all of these things happen.
So there I sat on New Year’s Day. Since it was a the beginning of a new year, I thought it was a perfect time to write down my list of 10.
The 4th thing that popped into my head was the Wizard of Oz. I frowned. I do not like the Wizard of Oz. I tried to watch it more than once, but never got through the whole movie. There was absolutely no way I was going to have anything about the Wizard of Oz coming up in my new year. I shook my head, “Absolutely Not!” (more…)

“Yep, because in my psychic class we were required to do just that.”
I was taking a class in Psychic First Aid. As part of that class the instructor made a small cut in our psychic energy system. Naturally that allowed psychic energy to pour out.
