One of the solutions that you usually hear when psychic self defense is mentioned, is to “visualize yourself inside a bubble”. That type of psychic shield will actually provide some protection as long as there are not any holes in the bubble and you don’t let the bubble get too big.

There was a game we played in my psychic class. One person would stand in the middle of the room and all the members of the class would try to attack that person’s psychic shield to see if they could get through. Can a person use too much psychic shielding?
Absolutely.
But why would anyone want to do this?
Perhaps that person is afraid of their own emotions and needs to filter or diminish what types of emotions are coming in and going out. A psychic shield can do that. Let me tell you a story about a friend of mine. She was a tarot card reader and had helped clients for years. One night I was at a Halloween party with her when I noticed something.
Her energy body, the area that surrounds and follows the contour of the body for a few inches, seemed to be flaring out in places, the same places where she was becoming fat. It was then that I realized that her new weight problem was a result of her psychic work.

If you feel like you are under psychic attack or you think your house is receiving negative energy, you can shield the house in the same way that you shield your body.
You can just visualize a psychic bubble covering your whole house in the same way that you can place yourself inside a psychic bubble to protect you body from negative energy. Don’t forget to build a shield over your whole house, including the roof.
