Are you aware that beliefs control who you are? What you believe actually creates your reality. Definitely, what you believe, controls your finances and your relationships. AND you probably don’t even know you are doing that.
My First Beliefs Class
I remember my first psychic class in changing beliefs. It was the beginning of a new psychic series. Our instructor walked in and said, “Tonight we are going to change one of your beliefs. Here is one example. I went to a meeting last night and there was a hypnotist. She was going to hypnotize us and then use the symbol of the vortex that would go inside of us and take away all the old clutter we didn’t want in our lives to clear the way to bring in what we wanted in our lives. Let me tell you the story of two women and how they influenced my beliefs about money. Hopefully, this story will show you why you might want to look at YOUR own beliefs.
First there was Mom, whom we will discuss later, and then there was Aunt Nellie!
I put her name in big letters on purpose because she had a big “negative influence” on me.
Aunt Nellie was my mother’s aunt, my great aunt and she was quite a character. At one time I think she was rich. Her family had owned several rent houses in Galveston, but by the time I came along the wealth was gone. (more…)
The self-help gurus recommend several techniques to help you achieve your goals, whether you desire to be as rich as Donald Trump, to have the physique of a movie star, to be a brilliant writer, or anything else your little heart desires.
Let’s listen in on some guru advice:
Maybe you decide you want to be rich!
Technique #1 is called the Time Zone:
Make a plan
List your goals 1, 2, 3…
Accomplish the first
Then the second
Then the third…
Maybe you write down:
1. I am going to make $100 in my business
2. I am going to make $1000 in my business
3. I am going to make $50,000 in my business
4. Then I am going to be a millionaire
“Sounds good doesn’t it.. one million dollars in 4 steps.”
