How do I shoot energy out of my eyes???

What!!

I think you have been reading too many comic books, or playing too many computer games or watching too many Super Heroes on televison or the movies.

“Listen up.”

You do not under any circumstances want to shoot energy out of your eyes.  You do not want to shoot energy out of anywhere on your head.

“Why?”

“Why can’t I be like the super heroes?”

Because I said so.  No, seriously, the reason you don’t want to shoot energy out of your eyes is because all the psychic energy channels in your head are very small and you don’t want to damage those channels. 

If you do decide to try to shoot energy out of your eyes, you will probably end up with a headache or with a burning sensation or you will simply not be able to do it.

The proper way to start working with psychic energy is to use your hands. 

I usually start my students with using their fingers to shoot energy out.  I also teach them to feel energy with their hands.  But once they get better with using psychic energy, it’s time to stop using the hands and move on to more advanced classes. 

For instance, when you first start out, you can use your hand to feel energy, but then you can just see the energy.  Just watch the psychic energy with your eyes.  Later you will be able to feel energy with your whole body.  By the time you become really advanced you will be able to see and feel energy at great distances, even across an ocean. 

It is not a very good idea to use your eyes to shoot energy. Other parts of your body are more powerful for shooting out more psychic energy.  If you really want to act like a Super Hero, why don’t you just get a cape and try jumping off a building. 

“Oops!”  That might not be a very good idea either.

Since I do not know why you want to shoot energy out of your eyes, I can’t give you an exact answer.  There is a comment box below if you want to ask more about this. 

Today I was working out at the gym and I was thinking about this question.  Before I lifted another two thousand pound weight, I decided to try and see what part of my body, I could use to send out psychic energy. 

So I pointed my finger to shoot energy…  AND… well, I was really surprised.  The energy did not go out of my finger in a straight line like it had always done forever.

That darn energy just sat there and went around in circles.  I have never had this happen to me before and I was baffled.  I could just say that I had on weight lifting gloves and that could have caused the energy to go around in circles.

It is a good thing there were no psychic vampires around if I was having trouble controlling my energy. 

But then I tried to send some energy out of my back and that energy circled too.  Hmmm!!!!  Need more data, why is this happening to me????

I really don’t have an answer tonight.  Strange things are uh happening. 

But about a minute later I was back to normal.  When I shot energy out of my finger, I got a narrow beam of energy.  And when I tried to shoot out of my back, I got a broad spectrum of energy.  My psychic system was working just fine. 

I wonder if exhausted muscles has anything to do with the energy just circling.  I may never know the answer.  But I work out again day after tomorrow and I will check it out again. 

“Surely you did not think that I worked out every day.” 

“Nope.”

“Just every other day.”

“Doesn’t everyone?”
