Psychic Gambling: Vacation At L’Auberge Du Lac

Sandra ColleRain | Psychic Gambling | Friday, July 31st, 2009

I hardly ever gamble, but when the rooms are free and I am traveling with a big spender with all kind of priviledges at a very nice gambling resort… well… I had to say, “Yes.”

The minute I saw the black scroll on the the claw footed bathtub with water shooting out of the ceiling, I knew I was in the right place.

When televisions started rising out the furniture, I said, “Oh, yea!”

When I spent my days floating down a pool that had a current pushing me around the looping circle and under a waterfall, lazy words passed through my mind, “How relaxing.”

And when I floated up to the swim-up bar, I  thought, “I can get REALLY get used to this.”

4:00 a.m.  The Wolf keeps looking at me.  I don’t think he likes me.  The noise is so deafening I can’t even think.  The scantily dressed waitress passes by.  I grab a dakari.  Sitting in the middle of the casino, I play only the penny slot machines.  The Wolf is my favorite machine.  I am up by $28, but by the time the waitress gets back with my second dakari, I don’t even have enough money to give her a tip.

Then Charlie came by and suggested that I play the 3 card poker table.  Oh, great, I just lost all my money and now he wants me to play a table where I can spend $100 a hand on a game I have never played before.

I had just sat down when I heard a siren go off.  3 men in black suits ran in.  The dealer was pushed aside.  They grabbed the cards and discarded them.  Then the men in black took the card shuffling machine entirely apart.  What was happening?  Were we being attacked or robbed, or what???  Should I be scared?

I yelled at Charlie, what is happening?

He said.  Someone won $300 on the last hand and they don’t like people winning at the table.

“Don’t like people winning!!!”

They just want to take my money?  If I win they don’t like it? I thought about the book, “Taking Down the House”, where the guys were gambling and winning and they got beaten up.

Should I be frightened?  Should I run?  Help!  Help!

Charlie said there were cameras everywhere watching me.

No where to run!  I grabbed the waitress and ordered another dakari.

All the commotion almost made me afraid to win. But I did win most hands until the “cooler” came in and I headed for a long losing strength.

A “cooler”?

Yea, to make sure you can’t have a long winning streak, they send in a new dealer and a new deck of cards to break your luck.

For me, it was a most memorable night.  Although I ended up losing, I still caught “it”.  “It” means the “gambling bug.”

I’ve had “it” before.  When I was young.  I once played cards day and night.  We all did.  Gambling was our pastime.  All the kids in my family spent years with a deck of cards in their hands.  Of, course I was only 7 years old at the time, but the gambling streak continued until I went off to college.

“This is a psychic blog.  Will you please stop talking about floating and drinking and gambling and wolves.”

“Well, I certainly can close this post, BUT I really think that you will want to hear what I have to say next.”

“Okay, but hurry up.”

A couple months ago I was working on a psychic class, but I put it aside to work on other things.

“Guess what that class was called!”

“Psychic Texas Hold’em”  winning at any card game.

Now, before I offer any psychic class I have to be sure that the techniques I design actually work.  I thought I would have to  a spend a lot of time practicing the techniques that I had designed, but I picked up the cards and everything happened automatically before I could even start to practice.

I was amazed at what I could do with cards without even practicing the techniques.  I grabbed my camera and photographed what I had done before I forgot the exact steps I had used.

I was not trying to use my psychic abilities that night at the casino.  I was just trying to learn how to play the game, but just being there stirred up the feelings that I once had for playing poker.

My psychic gambling techniques would probably take a little practice for beginners to learn, but it is certainly easier than card counting.

If anyone might be interested in taking this class, make a comment in the box below.  If enough people are interested, I will finish writing the psychic gambling course.
