The amount of time a psychic cleaning takes depends on the type of cleaning I would use.  There are 3 basic psychic cleaning techniques and then there are several more advanced psychic techniques:

1. Surface cleansing
2. Scrubbing the energy body for a deeper cleaning
3. Retuning the energy system to get the deepest negative energy. 

So how long does it really take to cleanse a person?  30 minutes?  An hour? 

First let me make it clear that it really depends on who is doing the cleaning.  You have to remember that I am an expert at using psychic energy, so what would take a short time for me, would take you a longer time because you wouldn’t have the amount of control I have.  When I first started learning about psychic cleaning,  I spent time thinking about wht I was doing.  Now I mostly don’t think at all.  Psychic cleaning is a automative response for me. 

Surface Cleaning

About 99% of the time, if someone asked me to clean off their negative psychic energy, I would simply use surface cleaning.  This type of cleaning, though very simple, is quite effective.  This would be the type of psychic cleaning you would use to clean off yourself. 

Remember this post “A Psychic Trick“ , when I told you I did a demonstration of weakening a woman using psychic dirt to show her that dirty psychic energy could make her weak?  I used negative cat energy, since she loved cats.  And then when I cleaned the negative psychic energy off, she was very strong.  Go back and read the article.  Surface cleaning is the psychic technique I used for that demonstration. 

The time it takes me to remove that type of energy would be about 4 seconds or less, about the time it would take me to run my hand down their body from a distance.  Since I have practiced this technique so much, I just have to wiggle my hand.  No thought required.  My psychic energy system has been trained how to do cleansing automatically.

I don’t have to wiggle my hand, by the time I run my vision from the top of the person’s head to their feet, I have cleaned them.  The type of negative psychic energy, I might use this technique for could be some bad energy picked up at the mall.  It is surface dirt, just clinging to the person. 

Energy Scrubbing

To remove deeper-engrained negative energy that maybe has been on a person for a longer period of time and has burrowed deeper down into the energy body, I would use a psychic scrubbing technique.  If I had to scrub the whole energy body, it might take me 1 or 2 minutes. 

Energy Tuning

Psychic energy tuning is a way to tune the body so that it will release a huge amount of energy that is harder to get to.  Actually this type of cleansing, I use on myself when I need a fast way to cleanse off.  I simply let nature clean me.  With this tye of cleansing, I would be cleaning the entire energy system over perhaps hundreds of miles if I so chose. 

This is the psychic cleaning technique I would use, if I was doing a large amount of beliefs work and I was dumping a massive amount of enery.  If I did not remove the energy after releasing negative beliefs, I would probably become depressed.  I would need to use this technique to remove a large volume of energy over a vast amount of space. 

The amount of time this technique would take depends on how far out I want to clean my psychic energy system and how many directions I use.  It might take me 2 or 3 minutes to cleanse a mile radius.   And amazingly it would take me the same 2 or 3 mintues to cleanse a one hundred mile or even a thousand mile radius.  It just depends on the commands I give to my psychic energy system.  Energy tuning is the most fun way of cleaning. 

With all these psychic cleaning techniques, I could cleanse a person and the person might not even know it, like the lady who loved cats in the bookstore.  (Read this post  ”A Psychic Trick“.)  I could clean a person even if I wasn’t looking at her.  I could cleanse a person even if she was in another state, in another country or on another continent.  The whole universe is my playground. 

Okay, so how long did it take to do all 3 techniques

surface cleansing = 4 seconds

energy body scrubbing = 1 to 2 minutes

energy tuning = 2 to 3 minutes

Total time for a very thorough psychic cleaning = 3-5 minutes plus 4 seconds.  Obviously it would probably take you longer, since you would have to focus on thinking and commanding your energy system to do the work. 

I can use other types of psychic cleaning that are more difficult to perform.  One technique is so relaxing that the person I am cleaning will be probably fall asleep and, I doing the psychic cleaning, will feel super relaxed and drowsy myself.  The time for this type of cleasing is about 30 minutes.
