I remember the first psychic energy class I attended. As a demonstration that psychic energy was real and that we could feel it, my instructor told us to gather a psychic energy ball.
My classmates and I looked at each other, “What is he talking about?”
The psychic instructor then told us to imagine that we were gathering a huge ball of energy. We were to open our arms wide and wrap them around an area of the room and then bring back what we had gathered and place it in the middle of the room. (more…)

There is an easy solution for turning off mental telepathy, but I have head other suggestions.
One suggestion recommends forming a psychic shield to stop incoming signals. This would probably work, but it is not necessary to go to that much trouble every time you want to turn off mental telepathy. You certainly cannot hold that shield up over a long period of time. Psychic shields take some of your energy to maintain and they mute your ability to feel emotions and other things.
Someone else suggested that you break any incoming psychic connections. Absolutely don’t do this. The psychic cord connections you have with your family and your friends are there for a reason. Those psychic connections may be very important support mechanisms. There is absolutely no reason to break those connections just to turn off mental telepathy. (more…)
One night during class, my psychic instructor announced that in the next class he was going to drain our psychic energy from our bodies just like a psychic vampire would do. He was going to do this so that the body would learn what it felt like to be drained, and then it would protect us so that it would never happen again.
Apprehension filled our faces, since we had no idea about what would happen. Would we even have enough energy to walk out of the door after the “draining class”?
We were told that the body would gradually replace its energy as the week wore on, but we were not told what would happen from the time we were drained until the body repaired itself. Did we even want to know?
A week passed slowly with the lingering thought of the day fast approaching when we would be energy-less… body without energy. (more…)
By the time I had finished Beliefs Transformation, I was very good at changing “Me”. The process was to let go of old beliefs to change who we were. By letting go of old beliefs, we didn’t have to be tied to beliefs that no longer worked for who we wanted to be.
For instance, if when you were two years old, your mother told you. “Don’t go in the street. Cars will hurt you.”
So now you are 30 years old and you are still afraid to go in the street. (more…)
I was in the perfect place to design psychic experiments. For 9 years I attended classes at the Psychic Institute. From the first night, we were handed notebooks with our class schedules and told to write everything down.
There were good reasons to take good notes. One of the reasons was to make sure we had good notes on the class assignments… how we performed our class assignments and what were the results of those experiments.
But to me, the most important reason to take notes was “to remember who we were”. As we progressed through our classes there were changes in our personalities as we activated our psychic abilities. In my case when I first began classes I was very shy and introverted. The psychic classes along with my workouts at the gym totally transformed me for the better. (more…)

Negative Energy Cloud
One of the ways you can be attacked is with a cloud of negative energy being dumped on you.
A Headache Attack
This might happen if a car cuts you off in traffic. You yell at the driver and the driver launches a psychic attack by throwing a psychic dart at you. One of your symptoms might be an instant headache.
Dagger Eyes
An acquaintance looks at you. You see anger in her eyes so sharply you can you even image she has daggers in her eyes. She does, and she is about to launch them at you. Instantly you feel a headache. A blinding deep headache. That’s what a psychic dagger attack can feel like. (more…)

Therefore… nobody is THE CHOSEN ONE.
Some people may be born with more knowledge of their psychic abilities. They may instinctively know how to make the psychic connection between mind and body. I was at a birthday party last weekend and a friend told me that there was a psychic at her friend’s house. The woman was telling people things about themselves.
My friend said that the woman told her that her grandmother was trying to get in touch with her.
I listened as she told the story. At the end my friend said that the psychic had to be in contract with her grandmother, because the psychic had mentioned a name her grandmother had used, and only my friend and her grandmother knew that name. (more…)
Everyone psychically projects who they are and then broadcasts that to the world. Then other people can see that projection and read it and react to what they see.
