Is Psychic Energy Hard to Use?
In the beginning, before you have learned to control psychic energy, it is a little more difficult to use. It is like with any other activity, when you don’t know what you are doing, it takes more effort.
To make an analogy, I am sitting here typing without looking at the computer keyboard. When I get tired I might even close my eyes and keep typing. It has become so automatic, there is no effort involved, I just look at a word and my fingers type it. Yet, when I first began, it was hard to figure out which finger went with which letter and I was very slow.
Any technique used to do anything takes a little time. When I teach beginning psychic training, I just have my students play games. So we laugh a lot while learning. Sometimes it takes a little concentration to be able to do the technique. But all the techniques are learned through playing and having a good time with friends. We might play a game like psychic tug of war, where we use only our minds to battle.
Okay, I trust you. I am going to tell you a little secret. Shhh!! Don’t tell anyone else, okay. Sometimes late at night, I watch cartoons.
One of my favorite late night cartoons is Kim Possible. And there was this one episode last week, where Kim’s boyfriend’s father was an actuary. Ron’s (the boyfriend) father worked with numbers and he had to fight a math villain. In the cartoon, he sends math equations out of his head to fight the “bad guy”. And the “bad guy” sends equations out of his head back at him. So you have a stream of energy coming from both of their heads. And they have a tug of war to see who can push the other back by sending numbers out of their forehead.
I am telling you the story because to play with psychic energy, one could do the same thing. (I don’t recommend this particular psychic game since the energy channels in the forehead are small and can get damaged.) The way my students play the game is to put a little psychic energy ball on the floor and push it around with the energy of their thoughts.
But you see, you can send psychic energy out of your hands or your head or any other part of your body to strengthen your energy channels and learn control.
The object of playing the games is to teach you to connect BRAIN with what you want to do. You see, the BRAIN controls your body’s energy system, just like it controls your muscles. You tell BRAIN to do something and it “commands” your body’s energy system to do it.
After a lot of practice, working with psychic energy is so soft, and so gentle and so powerful. To work with energy is almost sensual in nature. It is almost effortless.
In the beginning, techniques that I once had to concentrate on, now seem so simple. I can accomplish a psychic technique simply with the wave of my hand, a pointing of my finger or a thought flowing through my mind.
Once the connection between mind and body (BRAIN and PSYCHIC SYSTEM) is made, everything becomes so incredibly easy.
I think the hardest thing I had to learn was to “see” psychically. When you “see” psychically, you don’t even use your eyes. I just couldn’t get it. And then one day a friend of mine said, “You don’t see with your eyes.”
And then I finally got it. A few days later I woke up with what might be called “X-ray vision”. I could see into the human body. BUT NOT WITH MY EYES. As a matter of fact, vision using the eyes is very distracting, so I usually close my eyes or look away from the subject.
I drove to the lake one night, and I could see to the bottom of the lake. It was quite unexpected. I didn’t plan it, it just happened. That’s the way most psychic abilities happen, very unexpectedly. After a lot of training, you begin to expect the unexpected.
One day I say a boy flying a kite. I wanted to see if I could influence it. The kite was high in the sky, calming floating. I turned by hand over and the kite hit the ground. Effortless control of energy, it comes in time.
And you will be amazed at what you can do with a movement of your hand, a pointing of your finger, or the closing of your eyes.
So to answer the question, “Is psychic energy hard to use?” The answer is, “Absolutely, no!”. It is incredibly easy to use.
