In the beginning, before you have learned to control psychic energy, it is a little more difficult to use. It is like with any other activity, when you don’t know what you are doing, it takes more effort.
To make an analogy, I am sitting here typing without looking at the computer keyboard. When I get tired I might even close my eyes and keep typing. It has become so automatic, there is no effort involved, I just look at a word and my fingers type it. I was watching Work Out on Bravo last week, and when I heard the word “emotional vampire” my ears perked up.
Wow! They were talking about psychic energy on Work Out, and they didn’t even know it.
Before I explain that statement, let me tell you a little bit about the show. I would define “Work Out ” as another one of those “reality shows” with a new twist. The show is filmed at Sky Lab in Los Angeles.

The answer to that is, “Definitely yes.” Let me tell you a story to prove that people actually do react to psychic energy.
I once worked in a bookstore to help out a friend. It was a metaphysical type bookstore. The customers would come in and be browsing in the psychic section. I would walk into the room and offer to test them to see if they were psychically dirty.
I used a muscle test to do the demo, I would have them hold out their arm and, if they were covered in dirty psychic energy, then when I pushed down on their arm, they couldn’t resist and the arm would fall down.
One day there was a women in the store and I offered to do a muscle test on her to discover how psychically strong she was. Her arm went limp and so I cleaned her off. I then tested her again and she was strong enough to resist the pressure I was exerting on her arm. (more…)
I was at Barnes and Noble over the weekend and since I was in no mood to search through every shelf to find the book I wanted I asked for some help for an employee who was standing by the computer. Actually I think he was leaving with a armful of books when I attacked him from behind… I didn’t really attack him… I just screamed, “Are you busy?”
Of course he was busy. No one walks around with a armful of books just for the fun of it, but I needed help and I was afraid he was going to disappear behind some closed door. (more…)
I think people have the wrong idea about mental telepathy. They think of sending a stream of words from person to person, messages of love and hate, and joy and worry and… But that is not exactly what happens.

To answer the question, “How do I trace a psychic attack?” first we need to look at what a psychic can do. A trained person can travel psychically in time and space, so when the psychic attack took place is insignificant.
The attack can be traced even if it occurred at an earlier time. My definition of a psychic is someone who has developed their senses to a very high level. A psychic is a person who can “see” things that others can’t see because they have increased their range of vision. With the increased wave length they are able to see things and sometimes are even able to see though things.
A psychic is a person who can “hear” things that other people can’t hear because they have stretched their range of hearing. Their expanded hearing allows them to be able to hear move subtle energy like mental thoughts being broadcast in their direction. Think of a psychic as a radio.
