One of the solutions that you usually hear when psychic self defense is mentioned, is to “visualize yourself inside a bubble”. That type of psychic shield will actually provide some protection as long as there are not any holes in the bubble and you don’t let the bubble get too big.
It is hard to control a large psychic shield when you are concentrating on not letting a psychic attacker get his psychic weapon through. The bigger the shield the more effort it will take to protect that shield from penetration. (more…)

I was a little nervous. Maybe it was just someone shooting off some firecrackers.
That night I was sleeping in a deserted campground in a tent camper. There was nothing between me and the bullets except for canvas. It sure didn’t take a genius to figure out that canvas was not going to stop a bullet. If it just wasn’t so dark outside, maybe I would have been able to see what was going on. (more…)
Why, do you want to shoot psychic energy out of your eyes? Have you been reading too many comic books or playing too many video games?
Even if you could shoot psychic energy out of your eyes, no one would probably see it. It would take a lot of concentrated psychic energy to even be seen. Most people do not have the ability to see psychic energy. It is almost that time of the year again… vacation time. Yea!
So… I thought it might be fun to go places like to the mountains or the woods… to Arkansas with the diamond fields, to the Mountains of the Tennessee with the black bears, to Florida with the green slime, to Maine and take a step back in time, to North Carolina and the beach of a thousand colors, to Pennsylvania and New York, to where I am sitting right now in Austin, Texas and… well… lots of other place.
AND while we are there, we are going to have some psychic fun. Along the way, we are going to figure out all the ways we can use our psychic abilities while out on the road.

When I talk about my psychic experiences, I am asked over and over, “Is it is really hard to work with psychic energy?”
I cannot actually say when in my psychic training that I found it “almost effortless” to use psychic energy to do whatever I wanted. If I think back several years, I remember the beginning classes I took at the Institutes. When I was first learning to use psychic energy, I had to struggle a little to get my Brain to tell my Psychic Energy System what to do. So the hardest part of using psychic energy that I EVER experienced was learning “how to think” in a way that my energy system would follow my commands. Let me first say, “Don’t do these psychic techniques to make someone love you.” The consequences may be disasterous.
You might remember the story I told in a previous post, where a friend did a meditation technique to ask for a boyfriend. She got the boyfriend and her life was turned upside down, when this guy moved all his brothers in to “live off of her”. Not only that, but as a result, she gained back a huge amount of weight that she had struggled to lose over a long period of time.
